2. Access Data and Hosting

This website is hosted by Netlify (Netlify, Inc., 512 2nd Street, Suite 200, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). When you access our pages, Netlify automatically collects information transmitted by your browser (so-called server log files): IP address, date and time of access, requested URL, referrer URL, browser type, operating system.

Processing is based on our legitimate interest in a secure and stable operation of the website (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). A data processing agreement based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses is in place with Netlify.

3. Contact Form and Sparring Call

If you contact us via the form to request a sparring call, we process the data you provide (name, email address, optionally company, preferred date and your message) to respond to your request and arrange a time to talk.

The data is transmitted via Netlify Forms. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract) and Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to your request). The data is deleted once the purpose of processing has been fulfilled and no statutory retention obligations apply.

4. Newsletter

When you subscribe to our newsletter, we process your email address to send you our updates on AI-related topics. The subscription takes place using the double opt-in procedure. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via the unsubscribe link in every email or by messaging us.

The legal basis is your consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR.

5. Fonts and Assets

We use the "Inter" font via Google Fonts (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) and the Tailwind CSS framework via a CDN (cdn.tailwindcss.com). When you access the site, your IP address is transmitted to these services.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a consistent and performant presentation of the site (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).

6. Cookies

This website only uses technically necessary cookies required to operate the site. There is no third-party tracking, no profiling and no advertising. Consent is therefore not required (§ 25 (2) TTDSG).

7. Your Rights

Under the GDPR you have the following rights: access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). You can withdraw a given consent at any time with effect for the future.

To exercise your rights, a simple message to hallo@spreenovate.de is sufficient.

8. Right to Lodge a Complaint

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority about the processing of your personal data. The authority responsible for us is the Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit, Alt-Moabit 59-61, 10555 Berlin, Germany.

9. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We update this privacy policy when our data processing or the legal framework changes. The latest version is always available at spreenovate.de/en/privacy.
